Wow, it's been a few days since I blogged last. I think I blogged last Friday before melting pot, which was delicious!!
This week has gone very well. I am now down by 18lbs, and feeling great. I changed my workout a bit, using half my hour for cardio and the other half for weight training.
Anyway, I have been eating Special K every morning, but I was craving something different... So I switched it up with an omelette and turkey bacon.
Lunch: I finally made cabbage soup. It was enough to feed an army. Check the ingredients and final pics below.
